Commission Junction has a lot of hosting companies on their books. Not all of them offer coupons, though.

You should definitely try 000webhost. I’ve been with them for about 6 months and still no downtimes. Not the ones I know about anyways

You can start a “Top 10 Hosting Coupon” site, join the affiliate programs for 10 lucrative hosting company’s affiliate program’s and make sure to update your website with the current promotions that those 10 companies are running.
