You can get a web site, Office Live Basic. As far as coupons, you need sponsors, you would have to advertise, and theywill help you with that.

If you want to start a coupon website, I recommend that you look into CJ.com and Linkshare.com. They are the two biggest affiliate network. It is free to sign up. Once you sign up, you will find lots of merchants listed on CJ and Linkshare.com. There are thousands of merchants to choose from.
